We deliver places of meaning with skill, care and dedication. Our buildings perform, not only in the quality of their design, but also in the energy they consume, the ecologies they respect and nurture and by placing people at the centre of design.
Architecture is a collaboration; an alignment of architects, designers, engineers, planners, builders and, above all, clients and end users coming together to achieve places that matter.

In 2001 Theodore Kerlidis and Anthony Uahwatanasakul established k20 Architecture, bringing together the disciplines of design, sustainability and performance to create places not only of function and elegance, but also of connection. The k20 Architecture team today is dedicated to continuing that commitment.
Ours is an architecture of inclusion, an architecture that connects people to each other, to their shared communities, and to the ecologies that surround them.

We create places in which people live, work, learn, grow, and care for each other. Our projects include childcare and maternal health, schools and universities, community centres and healthcare facilities, heritage, office accommodation, residential and sports facilities.
In a world of finite natural and economic resources, sustainability is a given. As we see it, we’re not just building for our clients, but also for future generations.

Sustainability is our future, economically, environmentally and socially. That is why sustainable design is at the heart of everything we do, as architects, as employers, and as operators of a carbon neutral business.
Our focus is always on creating places of meaning, places that connect people and it is always gratifying to see our work recognised in print and online.

To us the most important test of our projects is when they are well received by the people who use them, and the communities of which they are part. It is always rewarding when our work attracts attention from a wider audience, our peers in the design community, as well as magazines, award committees, websites and blogs.
