Woodlea Estate Sporting Grounds
k20 Architecture is proud to announce our appointment by Woodlea Estate to design a new sports pavilion. Woodlea is a thriving community that already enjoys early years, schools, shops, cafes, open active spaces with native woodlands and wetlands, parklands, adventure playgrounds, and pocket parks. Everything at Woodlea is designed to support better living and it is well on its way to achieving one of its ultimate visions – to be a community teeming with an enviable array of modern sporting and recreation facilities.
The proposed pavilion will be delivered by Woodlea on behalf of Melton City Council and will include player change rooms, umpires’ room, community room, storeroom, cleaners’ room, external covered viewing area, first aid room, toilets, kitchen, and kiosk. The project will also include a skate park, playground, BBQ area, and dog park. The project will be completed in 2024.
